How quickly can you help if my appliance breaks down?
When a covered appliance breaks down, we’ll work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. In some cases, our team may try to help diagnose the issue over the phone first. If an engineer is needed, we’ll help arrange the next steps.
Do you cover brands that are not listed on the website?
In many cases, yes. We can support a wide range of appliance brands. If you cannot see your appliance or brand listed, contact our team and we’ll let you know what options are available.
Can I get a one-off repair without taking a protection plan?
Yes. If you need help with a broken appliance, you can request a quote for a one-off repair.
Can I protect more than one appliance?
